Since there is so much news today, I decided to put it in one thread!
First of all, Video Phone (Extended Mix) has leaked! Here is the link to it. It is absolutely amazing! You must hear it!

Another bit of news: “Telephone,” Gaga’s duet with Beyonce, will follow “Bad Romance” as the second single off the new album. This isn’t to be confused with the remix of “Video Phone,” the other Beyonce/Lady Gaga duet that will appear on the deluxe edition re-release of B’s I Am… Sasha Fierce (also out November 23).
In a surprise move, Beyonce could be the next superstar to visit a courtroom this year. According to Chicago Sun Times reports, the “Video Phone” singer may testify in a case stemming from an alleged copyright infringement.
Sources say Beyonce, then working and later promoting the last Destiny’s Child album “Destiny Fulfilled,” is accused of lifting the idea for the hit single “Cater 2 U” from a song composed by singer/songwriter Rickey Allen.
Allen originally filed suit in 2006 over claims that he first copyrighted the song, allegedly of the same title, in the mid-1990s. Allen later claimed he handed over a version of his song to producer Maurice Joshua, who is said to have later worked with Destiny’s Child.
The case has long been delayed but is now slated to move forward December 10 with Beyonce on the stand to testify.
A statement from a legal filing says “she (Beyonce) is perhaps the most important witness for the defendants”.
Looks fake to me. Gaga doesn’t have her tattoo in these photos, and it just looks too bright to be the video phone video. Thoughts? Leave them in the comments.
I truly believe Beyoncé and Lady GaGa are friends now! I love both, so this is really good.
Lady Gaga regained faith in the music industry thanks to Beyonce. Speaking with MtV, Gaga recently said “She (Beyonce) is such a beautiful person, and I gotta tell you, I just adore her.” “And I had kinda lost faith a little bit in meeting artists in the business, then I met Beyoncé. And she is a real, real woman.”
Some people were appalled at Beyoncé’s fashion choice for the MTV EMA’s, which took place today. Some critics said that Beyoncé’s dress looked extremely similar to the one X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole wore last week. Now the question is coming up, Who wore it best? So now I ask you the question, who do you think the dress was best made for? In my opinion, I think that Beyoncé wore it best. Cheryl wore it nice, but the dress fit Beyoncé’s curves best.

MTV will exclusively world premiere Beyoncé and Lady Gaga’s “Video Phone” video on-air and online on Thursday, November 5. “Video Phone” will premiere in the U.S. on MTV and MTV.com at 5:30 p.m. EST, while MTV channels worldwide will debut the music video in 162 countries following the airing of the MTV Europe Music Awards from Berlin where Beyoncé is scheduled to perform.
